Tax identification number and postal address for legal notices are available on request at the same email address.
2. What data I collect
Through the contact form on this site I may process:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company name
- Message / project details you choose to send
The form also uses a technical honeypot field (not meant for humans) to reduce spam.
3. Purpose and legal basis
I process this data to:
- Reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible consulting engagement
- Keep a record of the conversation as needed to manage the request
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and, where applicable, my legitimate interest in securing the site against abuse (art. 6.1.f).
4. Recipients and processors
Form submissions are handled through the lead-capture system operated for this site
(Slowcode / Lead Generator at leadgenerator.slowcode.io), which processes data
on my behalf to deliver the enquiry to
joey@slowcode.io.
Hosting, email, and infrastructure providers may process data as processors under appropriate agreements. I do not sell your data.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any related follow-up, and then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law (for example if a contract is signed).
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
To exercise your rights, email joey@slowcode.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
7. Cookies and local storage
This site uses essential technical storage for the embedded contact form (for example a visitor identifier in the browser) to operate the form, measure funnel events, and reduce spam. These are not used for advertising profiles.
Third-party links (LinkedIn, Instagram, Medium, GitHub, Slowcode) may set their own cookies when you visit those sites; their policies apply there.
8. Security
I apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the form.
9. Changes
I may update this policy when the site or processing changes. The “last updated” date above will be revised accordingly.
